Dr.Phil A. Lenoue II, D.c.
Dr. Philip A. Lenoue II, DC was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. He is the son of the well-respected doctor of Optometry, Dr. Philip A. Lenoue. Dr. Philip A. Lenoue II attended the University of Washington and Eastern Washington University, and then moved to Iowa for four years to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic, the Fountainhead of Chiropractic. He graduated Magnum Cum Laude. He returned to Spokane where he opened his private practice in April, 1985, and has been in the same Central-Spokane location ever since.
Dr. Lenoue is Board Eligible in Chiropractic Orthopedics. He is on the cutting edge of therapies in Neuro-musculoskeletal treatment, including being certified in Low Level Laser Therapy and Kinesio Taping. He is a current member of the Washington State Chiropractic Association, and is a Preferred Provider for most insurance companies.
Dr. Lenoue has years of training and experience in sports injuries. He has been in charge of the training room at the state basketball tournament, and has coached and provided treatment for over 200 youth sports teams. He treats college athletes on a regular basis! Dr. Lenoue is happily married to his wife of 32 years.
Dr. Phil Lenoue III, DO, RMSK
Dr. Philip A. Lenoue III, DO, RMSK is trained in Osteopathic Medicine. He received his Doctor of Osteopathy in 2012 from Pacific Northwest University (PNWU) College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Lenoue III has attended numerous training courses in osteopathic treatment, musculoskeletal ultrasound, ultrasound guided injections. Providers from around the United States and Canada shadow and train under Dr. Lenoue to learn the benefits of using ultrasound guided injections.
Dr. Lenoue III believes in an integrative approach to address the mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient. He loves spending time with his wife, Lindsy, and his daughters, Lainey and Capri. He also enjoys his faith, fitness, fasting, cold water immersion, biohacking and great food.

Dr. Makoto Yoshino, DO
Dr. Makoto Yoshino, DO (Dr. Mako) specializes in Family Medicine, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Sports Medicine. He attended Keio University, Japan. He had worked in advertisement company for a year before deciding going in to medicine. He obtained his medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, VA in 2014. Trained in Family Medicine through Carilion Hospital in Roanoke, VA. Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (NMM) and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) Plus One Residency at Edward Via Collge of Osteopathic Medicine where he also was appointed as an assistant professor. Completed his Sports Medicine Fellowship at Northwell Plainview Hospital in NY.
His specific medical interest in acute and chronic neck, low back pain, sacroiliac joint (SIJ) dysfunction, hypermobility, sports medicine/musculoskeletal injuries and management, osteopathic manipulative treatment, crania-sacral therapy, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound.
Dr. Mako treats patients as if they are his own family member, creating individualized management plan, using non-surgical approach to maximize the healing potential one possess.
Lindsey Visser, RN
Lindsey Visser, RN comes to Lenoue Integrative Medicine with over 11 years of RN experience in emergency medicine and surgery. Lindsey serves as a Patient Care Coordinator assisting new patients through the new patient process, administering IV therapies, performing blood draws, and is the primary provider performing Shockwave Therapy. She is a wonderful resource for patients with any questions or concerns.
Lindsey has a Bachelors Degree in Community Health from Western Washington University and a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY. Lindsey and her young family relocated to this area in 2018 and now enjoy living in the country on 12 acres.
